Terms of Service

💜Terms of Service for Commissions💜💜1. General Terms
1.1. All communication regarding commissions must be conducted through Twitter, Discord, or KoFi's messaging platform. (All can be conducted through @milocidee)
1.2. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
1.3. Commissions are for personal or commercial use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
1.4. ANY form of AI training including my work will be a permanent blacklist from ever commissioning me and you will be called out for it publicly.💀2. Payment
2.1. Payments are accepted via PayPal or Cashapp.
2.2. Full payment is required upfront, or a 50% payment can be made with the remaining balance due after approval of the sketch/lineart.
2.3. Prices are subject to change but will not affect ongoing commissions.💜3. Process and Timeline
3.1. Once payment is received, I will begin the commission.
3.2. Regular updates (e.g., sketch, line art, coloring) will be provided for approval at each stage.
3.3. Commissions will generally take a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on complexity and my work and school schedule.💀4. Revisions
4.1. You are allowed an infinite number of revisions.
4.2. No revisions will be made after the final artwork is delivered unless an error on my part is discovered.💜5. Usage Rights
5.1. As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
5.2. The client may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon and an additional fee is paid.
5.3. Credit must be given to me when sharing the artwork publicly, preferably with the use of tagging me in posts including my artwork (such as the bio of your account or in any posts with my artwork included).💀6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
6.2. If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, a partial refund may be provided based on the progress made.
6.3. No refunds will be given once the artwork is completed and delivered.💜7. Prohibited Content
7.1. I will not create artwork featuring graphic material such as genitalia, hate symbols, excessive gore and profanity, or any form of problematic content.
7.2. If unsure about your request, please ask me for clarification before commissioning.💀8. Delivery
8.1. Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution digital PNG file via email or a downloadable link without the watermark.
8.2. Physical copies are not provided.💜9. Agreement
9.1. By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms outlined in this TOS.
9.2. Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of the commission and/or being blacklisted from future work.
